What this is
A living laboratory for regenerative entrepreneurship.
You arrive with your own work - a company, a prototype, a piece of research, a thing you've been carrying for years - and you're given the time to go deep on it, surrounded by people doing the same. This isn't a course and there's no curriculum to complete. What we offer is the conditions: quiet mornings, a community that's genuinely interested in what you're making, and none of the logistics that eat your attention at home.
Meals appear. The kitchen is stocked. The wifi works. Nobody needs anything from you until lunch. That kind of uninterrupted attention is scarce, and it's the foundation everything else here rests on.
The rhythm
A rhythm that serves the work.
The day opens with practice - yoga and sitting meditation, before the light gets hard. Both optional, no attendance taken. Then the long block: four or five hours when the house goes quiet and everyone goes deep on their own thing.
Lunch is communal and unhurried. Afternoons are open. Some days there's a talk - permaculture, water, soil, how the food forest you're living inside actually works - usually from someone who's been practicing on this lake for years. Some days a workshop. Some days nothing at all, and that's by design.
| Early | Yoga, meditation, or sleep |
| Morning | Deep work. The house is quiet. |
| Midday | Lunch together |
| Afternoon | Open. Talks and workshops some days. |
| Evening | Dinner, then whatever the evening becomes |
Most of the day is yours.
Work jams
Where individual work becomes collective.
Twice a week we stop working alone. A work jam is a few hours where the whole room turns its attention onto one person's problem, or onto something we're building together.
Someone's pricing model, a landing page that isn't converting, a supply chain that has to route through three villages. You bring what you're stuck on, and eleven people who are good at different things take a run at it. Working beside talented people is pleasant. Working with them is what changes the trajectory of a project - and it's the part people tend to remember years later.

Starseed
Our Residency will serve as a collaborative hub linking 3 epic regenerative projects.
Regen Civics - A venture fund and alliance helping regenerative land projects pool resources, grow their economies, attract investment, and co-create thriving communities.
Retribalize - Enables builders, community organizers, and landowners to create intentional communities and towns through a combination of an AI networking app, a community-building academy, and hosted residencies on real land.
Starseed Network - A global ecosystem of regenerative villages, portals, and urban districts that share governance frameworks, resources, and a home-ownership program across locations in more than a dozen countries.
Regen Civics: Season Two - Part 2
Our focus will be to create media to attract crowdfunding + crowdpooling for our network.
Who this is for
A small circle, chosen with care.
We keep it to 8 because the difference between a few people and forty is the difference between a household and a conference. Everyone eats at the same table. By the fourth day you know what everyone is building and why it's hard.
A good fit -
- Have a project with enough momentum that a month of focus would move it materially
- Work well independently, without someone setting your schedule
- Are genuinely committed to regenerative principles, past the marketing language
- Enjoy living in community and have good communication skills and emotional maturity
- Are good company at dinner
A bad fit -
- Are looking for a retreat, a detox, or a place to figure out what you want
- Need daily structure and accountability to get anything done
- Want a certificate, a pitch day, or a network to extract from
We read every application ourselves.

What we mean by regenerative
Business that gives more than it takes.
Sustainability asks us to do less harm. Regeneration asks something harder: that what we build actively increases the capacity of the living systems it touches.
For a business, that becomes a real test. Is the soil richer after five years of your supply chain, or thinner? Do the people you buy from have more agency, or less? Is the place you operate in more able to support life because you're in it? Most ventures can't answer yes yet - and that's precisely the work we're here to do together.
You don't have to arrive with a fully regenerative business. You have to be willing to hold yours up against the question and stay with the answer.
There's no certification here and no framework to complete. Just the question, held seriously, in good company.
